Chess set concepts done for the ‘Ava’s Manor’ mobile game by Mighty Kingdom and Uken Games. Players would renovate the space with a selection of furniture and decor designed to three themes.

These spaces were introduced in the same chapter, with the outdoor chess set being a new area on the manor grounds. To match the indoor and outdoor chess sets was a fun challenge, as well as match those new spaces with the existing outdoor maze and library that was inside the manor and play off the established shape language of the existing spaces. These spaces were incredibly fun to design with the team, whilst also learning a little on how chess score sheets work.
