Hyper Rush - Orball VFX Concepts

Last upload from the unreleased Hyper Rush project, but was one of favourite parts to work on. Some VFX concepts for the Orballs, their cores and trails specifically.

These were to understand a potential energy source, and how that could impact the look of orball on the track in form of the trails streaking behind the ball, or the light effects that emit from the ball as it gains speed. These would be cosmetics for players to pick from and customise the look of the ball, with different rarity tiers that offer more interactive and complex VFX. Honestly, one of my favourite things to have concepted on this project, and to see it become a reality in engine was too good.
